Obituary for Morgan Lynn Escherich
Morgan Lynn Escherich, 23, of Merrill passed away unexpectedly Monday July 30, 2018 at her home in Merrill, of natural causes.
Morgan was born on January 30th, 1995 in Lacrosse, WI to Marianne (Escherich) Dinges. She graduated from Merrill Senior High School with the class of 2013. Anyone who knew Morgan knew of her love of her family and friends. She also had a special place in her heart for animals both big and small. Morgan was known as a hard worker no matter where she worked. Her co—workers always enjoyed Morgan’s spunk and the way she could make people laugh. She worked both at Weinbrenner Shoe Company in Merrill and at Dave’s County Market in the deli. Most people also remember Morgan for working for Ed & Sharon’s for years on the wait staff.
She is survived by her parents, Marianne (Escherich) Dinges and Bill Dinges of Merrill; her siblings, Taylor, Emily and Billy, all of Merrill; her maternal grandparents, Donald and Barbara Escherich of Mason City, IA; her paternal grandmother, Sharon Dinges of Merrill. Morgan is further survived by her uncles James (Nancy) Escherich, Elk River, MN; Daniel Escherich, Mason City, IA; Edward (Pam Heiser) Dinges and Garrett (Amy) Dinges both of Merrill. She is also survived by her cousins, Courtney Escherich, Dylan Escherich, Tanner Escherich and Marcus Escherich all of Mason City, IA along with Brendan (Alex Young) Dinges, Alissa Dinges and Gavin Dinges all of Merrill.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Edward Dinges.
A celebration of her life will be held from 12:00 PM, Noon, until 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 4, 2018, in the Bierman Building located on the Merrill Festival Grounds.
Her cremated remains will be buried on a later date in Snow Hill Cemetery, Town of Scott, with her grandfather Ed.
