Carol L. Long, 58, of Merrill, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 in Wausau.
Carol was born November 23, 1959, in Milwaukee. She worked for 20 years as a registered nurse in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Carol is survived by her mother, Roseann Wetter of Merrill; daughter, Alicia Long of Alexandria, Virginia; son, Jacob (Lia) Long of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; grandchildren; sisters, Trish Collins of Gleason and Susan Agard of Green Bay; brother, Kelly (Maraline) Collins of Gleason; and several nieces and nephews. Carol was preceded in death by her father, James V. Collins; and her dear friend from Sioux Falls, Lee Wigton.
